ONLINE DRILLS AND LESSONS: VIDEO ANALYSIS


One goal is to document the drills and lesson plans that we use on this website. A long-term goal will be working on creating, then offering, video lessons of the different drills used to explain each method, and how it is used in a hitting lesson.





ANALYSIS OF YOUR VIDEOS


FastPitch Hitters Home also plans to offer video analysis of your videos. Using this method, you can (for example) send us a video of an athlete hitting and we will make an assessment and provide recommendations regarding drills that might help improve the athlete’s hitting skills. Our goal is for you to be able to post the video to this site using a login and password we provide.
