Teaching Hitting...


Welcome, I am now writing this section that will include the beginning stages of hitting. I will describe the hitting stance and stages of hitting with illustrations and drill that I use at every lesson. The drills in this section are used as a warm up for each lesson and are what I ask my students to practice at home during the week.
